- # Team Leader de MultiservicioSolicitarlocations: CMP Bayamon: EMPU Bayamon: CMP Ponce: CMP Carolinatime type: Full timeposted on: Publicado ayertime left to apply: Fecha final: 24 de septiembre de 2026 (Quedan más de 30 días para realizar la solicitud)job requisition id: JREQ005819**¿Quieres crear un mejor día a día para la mayoría de las personas?**Si eres una persona motivada por el cambio y el crecimiento, y te atrae un entorno de mejora continua ¡Esta es tu oportunidad!**Tu misión va a ser:**Garantizar el cumplimiento de la cadena logística de compras, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos para asegurar que la mercancía está disponible y en perfecto estado para los clientes, y que se alcanzan los objetivos marcados**Tus funciones:**1. Coordinar al equipo de colaboradores/as organizando horarios, vacaciones, bajas, etc. para asegurar que se cuenta con la cantidad de colaboradores adecuada que garanticen un buen servicio.2. Velar por el cumplimiento de las tareas de mantenimiento del almacén, de forma que garanticen la seguridad, el orden y la limpieza.3. Notificar al Responsable de Almacén las incidencias encontradas, tanto en el almacén como en la mercancía.4. Asegurar la correcta realización del picking level del surtido, tanto nuevo como aquellos que son sales stop, para tener un correcto stock en el sistema y almacén.5. Recibir y atender a los/as proveedores/as.6. Registrar y administrar los trasvases del surtido del Physical Customer Meeting Point y exposición al almacén.7. Participar en las reuniones del área organizadas por el responsable del almacén y realizar reuniones semanales con el equipo de colaboradores/as.8. Vigilar y velar por que el personal utilice los EPI ́s y cumpla con los reglamentos de Seguridad.9. Colaborar en el inventario general del almacén.10. Apoyar en las distintas áreas de almacén y al equipo de colaboradores/as cuando la situación lo requiera.11. Velar por que el equipo se encuentre formado, identificando las áreas de desarrollo y proponiendo acciones formativas de actualización y reciclaje.12. Realizar la charla de desarrollo a su equipo de colaboradores/as, haciendo seguimiento de los planes de acción marcados.13. Identificar y analizar las incidencias generadas en el área de Entregas, proponiendo acciones de mejora.14. Actuar como Duty cuando la organización lo requiera.15. Sustituir al/la responsable de almacén cuando sea necesario**Qué buscamos en ti:**• Experiencia en Almacén • Experiencia liderando equipos • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos y fines de semana.
