We create products and educational resources for healthcare professionals, caregivers, and people managing feeding and swallowing needs. About the role We’re looking for a creative, organized Marketing & Creative Specialist to strengthen the look and feel of our brands across every channel. This is a hands-on role combining original graphic design, photography, video, social media management, and digital marketing. You’ll create content for Gelmix and Purathick, bring greater visual consistency to our brands, and improve how our digital media and advertising perform. Your design work will range from social content to large-format conference and expo materials. You’ll collaborate with our sales and marketing team to turn product priorities, educational topics, and campaigns into clear, engaging creative work. This hybrid role requires regular onsite work in Sunrise to collaborate, photograph products, and film content. What you’ll do Create original graphics, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other content for social media. Photograph products and plan, film, and edit demonstrations and campaign content. Design materials for email campaigns, digital ads, websites, educational resources, and sales. Create cohesive print and event materials, including brochures, banners, booth graphics, backdrops, and other expo displays; prepare production-ready files for vendors. Strengthen and maintain consistent visual standards across Parapharma Tech, Gelmix, and Purathick. Manage the social media calendar, prepare and schedule approved posts, monitor engagement, and route customer or clinical questions to the appropriate team. Develop and test ad creative; monitor campaign results and help optimize digital advertising. Provide our web developer with designs, copy, and assets for website and campaign implementation, then review the finished work. Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues on campaigns, product launches, events, and educational initiatives. Organize creative files and move projects through drafting, review, approval, and publication. Follow our review process to ensure product information and claims are accurate. What we’re looking for A portfolio demonstrating strong original graphic design, brand consistency, and visual judgment across digital and print work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience filming and editing reels or other short-form video. The ability to develop concepts and create artwork yourself . Your portfolio should show work you personally designed beyond templates, stock assets, or AI-generated images. Ability to prepare polished, production-ready files for print and large-format displays. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage deadlines. Interest in social media performance, digital advertising, and using results to improve creative work. Ability to work onsite regularly in Sunrise, Florida. Experience with paid ads, email marketing, analytics, product photography, or healthcare marketing is helpful. Training will be provided on our products, platforms, and approval process. Strong creative skills and a portfolio of work you personally created are essential.
