IT Project Manager
TCI has an immediate need for an IT Project Manager in Louisville, KY. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire. NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship and work is performed on-site (not a remote opportunity).
The IT Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience leading enterprise-wide application projects for ERP/HR/Payroll.
- PMP Certification is required.
- Previous experience in HR/Finance IT projects.
- Ability to work across multiple projects.
- Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
- Focuses on IT Projects and initiatives.
