IT Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to direct information technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage initiatives from the planning phase through to successful implementation, ensuring they are completed within the established scope, budget, and schedule. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and managing project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through implementation.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and track milestones.
• Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Drive change management processes.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience leading HR, Payroll, and/or Finance IT projects.
• A background in managing enterprise-wide ERP, HR, and Payroll initiatives.
• The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
