As a Customer Experience Program Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and executing customer experience programs that drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that improve the overall customer journey. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our West Columbia Office in South Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily operations of the Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) Neighborhood Energy Efficiency Program (NEEP), ensuring program goals, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and performance standards are achieved.Support Field Technicians by coordinating schedules, overseeing installations, conducting quality assurance inspections, and maintaining a strong safety culture.Manage program performance through production reporting, penetration rate tracking (70%+ target) within all DESC Energy Efficiency Target Cities, customer participation goals, audit reporting, and weekly client/leadership updates.Coordinate Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) weatherization and energy efficiency projects, ensuring compliance with program requirements, documentation management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-25
