Together, we work to shape a smart, agile, and future-ready risk framework in a fast-moving fintech environment. We’re looking for someone who not only understands risk—but can challenge, improve, and rethink it in the context of modern digital services and DORA-driven resilience. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Identify and assess operational and ICT risks, with a focus on real business impact and critical services Support the development of a practical, DORA-aligned ICT risk & resilience framework Keep risk and incident registers alive, meaningful, and actionable (not just up to date) Monitor mitigation actions and push for real progress, especially for high and critical risks Work on incident management processes (ICT & security), including analysis and lessons learned Take part in ICT vendor risk assessments and ongoing supplier oversight Co-create and improve policies, standards, and governance, ensuring they actually work in practice Drive risk awareness initiatives that engage people—not just inform them Collaborate across teams (business, IT, compliance) in a hands-on, partnership-based approach What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
