Job Description
Seeking a Strategic Field Enablement Lead to drive adoption of global enablement programs across North America and EMEA. This role serves as the connection between Global Channel Enablement and regional sales teams, ensuring sellers and partners are equipped with the product knowledge, sales skills, and resources needed to execute successfully.

The ideal candidate has a strong background supporting channel sales organizations, partner ecosystems, and enterprise sales teams while building credibility with regional leaders and driving measurable enablement outcomes.

Responsibilities
Execute the North America and EMEA enablement roadmap aligned to GTM priorities

Drive adoption and reinforcement of global enablement initiatives across Channel Account Managers and partner organizations

Partner with regional sales leaders to identify capability gaps and enablement opportunities

Build trusted relationships with regional leadership, CAMs, and partner sellers

Participate in partner QBRs, partner meetings, and customer engagements to gather field insights

Reinforce product messaging, sales plays, demos, and GTM initiatives

Support rollout and adoption of product launches and strategic initiatives

Facilitate enablement sessions, workshops, coaching discussions, and reinforcement activities

Gather regional feedback on seller readiness, customer conversations, and competitive trends

Reinforce strategic selling capabilities including value-based selling, AI positioning, executive conversations, discovery, storytelling, and competitive differentiation

Partner with Product Enablement and Skills Development teams to improve global learning programs

Track participation, credential completion, learner engagement, and readiness metrics

Work with Sales Operations and leadership to connect enablement efforts to business impact

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Channel Enablement, Partner Enablement, Sales Training, Channel Sales, or related roles

Experience supporting channel sales organizations and partner ecosystems

Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and indirect sales motions

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Proven ability to influence senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

Experience building and executing enablement programs that improve seller readiness and adoption

Experience partnering across Sales, Product Marketing, GTM, Operations, and Enablement organizations

Familiarity with platforms such as MindTickle, Highspot, Seismic, ALM, or similar enablement tools

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation
Pay Rate: $60.94/hour
