What You Bring (Requirements) Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Professional appearance and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements This position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls and climbing ladders in a safe manner.
