Marketing Assistant

Job Title: Marketing Assistant Location: Anaheim, CA | Onsite | No Remote Employment Type: Temporary (Assignment through December 2026) Schedule: Part-time | Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday | 8:30AM - 5:00PM Compensation: $23–25 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary This role is responsible for reviewing and processing a high volume of incentive claims submitted by U.S. and Canadian dealerships. It ensures claims are accurate, complete, and properly approved or denied, while following up with dealerships on incomplete submissions. The position also serves as a primary contact for dealership and field staff inquiries, provides timely responses to phone and email communications, and supports departmental marketing initiatives such as distributing promotional materials. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Key Responsibilities Review a high volume of incentive claims submitted by U.S. and Canadian dealerships to determine approval or denial, based on matching VIN(s) and required documentation Communicate via email or phone with dealers on incomplete claims Respond to inquiries from dealerships and field staff Return telephone and email inquiries in a timely mannerProvide departmental support by performing marketing-related duties, such as mailing promotional materials to the field or dealerships Assist with packing and shipping of marketing items and promotional materials as needed Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Required High school diploma General understanding of office clerical functions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Professional demeanor with ability to interact effectively with internal staff, field representatives, and dealership personnel Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Ability to work independently Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency Minimum of one year of office experience Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs if needed Preferred College degree Basic knowledge of marketing principles Prior marketing department experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
