Project Support Coordinator

Pay Rate Low: 25 | Pay Rate High: 34 Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to support cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced GMP environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, collaborating with multiple departments, and ensuring critical manufacturing milestones stay on track. You'll work closely with Operations, Quality, Validation, Engineering, and Technical teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes while playing a key role in project success. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and support project timelines from initiation through completion. Partner with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Technical Operations, Engineering, Validation, and Quality to ensure project milestones are achieved. Track project progress, documentation, and deliverables while communicating updates to project leads and stakeholders. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project documentation. Coordinate document collection, scanning, organization, and distribution to support manufacturing projects. Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and workflow management. Coordinate Change Requests (CRs) related to new equipment, processes, procedures, and specifications. Escalate project risks or delays when appropriate and help drive timely resolution. Promote collaboration across departments while maintaining compliance with established procedures and documentation standards. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, a Scientific discipline, or a related field. Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or project coordination experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a collaborative environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
