This role is ideal for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys working close to the floor, improving machining processes, and supporting new product launches in a fast‑paced production environment. Why This Role Stands Out High‑volume production environment with modern CNC machining and automation Strong collaboration between engineering, maintenance, and operations Opportunity to influence new product launches and process improvements Stable organization with long‑term growth and investment in manufacturing What You’ll Do Support and optimize CNC machining operations, with a focus on turning and milling processes Lead process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve cycle times Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions on the shop floor Support new product launches from concept through production ramp‑up Work closely with operators, technicians, and maintenance to ensure stable production Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and tooling standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity Participate in equipment and tooling selection for new and existing programs What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field Strong manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining Experience supporting CNC machining in a manufacturing environment Hands‑on troubleshooting and process improvement experience Ability to work effectively on the shop floor and communicate with production teams Familiarity with automation, fixtures, tooling, and production workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
