Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Valid LABA license issued by the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans
• Background in training, modeling, and supervising paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teaching staff
• Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued
• Strong skills in data collection, progress monitoring, and report preparation for IEP meetings
• Adaptability to manage a multi-site caseload and effectively prioritize tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral expertise and consultation across 2–3 school buildings within the district
• Lead the assessment process, including Functional Behavior Assessments and the creation and modification of Behavior Intervention Plans
• Oversee and support the implementation of behavior plans, working in tandem with educators and support staff
• Engage in regular data collection, graphing, and reporting for ongoing progress monitoring and IEP meetings
• Deliver hands-on training, modeling, and supervision for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers on the most effective behavioral interventions and supports
• Serve as a resource for best practices in behavior management and student support

This year-round, 34-hour-per-week contract runs through mid-June 2027, offering professional stability and the chance to foster meaningful growth among students and school staff.
