About the Role: As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your expertise will enable you to analyze complex behavior and design data-driven interventions to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills. Reporting to our Clinical Director, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each client Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and strategies Provide ongoing supervision and support to junior staff members, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination Analyze and report data on client progress, making recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed Stay current with best practices in ABA and relevant research, incorporating findings into treatment approaches Requirements: Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (n/a) Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field (n/a) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform treatment decisions Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on patient-centered care What We Offer: [n/a] #J-18808-Ljbffr
