Located in Cheektowaga, NY Pay: $21-25/hour Job Full Description Manufacturing Company in Cheektowaga, NY looking for an Accounting Assistant! Start ASAP! Pay Rate : up to $25/hour Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5pm Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Checking the AP inbox and managing inbox
- Creating deposits
- Coding freight bills and misc. supplier invoices
- Data entry
- Filing
- Other tasks as needed by the finance department
- Previous experience working in an office
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Must have experience in Microsoft Excel
- Organizational skills
