This role focuses on maintaining and improving a wide range of manufacturing equipment and systems in a production environment. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support technical and operational projects involving diverse equipment, materials, and processes. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work effectively as part of a self-directed team while consistently following safety procedures.

• Ensure the reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on gear reducers, conveyor systems, precision bearings, and production machines.
• Follow diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation, listen for irregularities, and use precision measuring and testing instruments to identify the source of problems.
• Remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, cranes, and a variety of hand and power tools.
• Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used components with rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Control equipment downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring their compliance.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment when necessary to restore equipment to proper operation.
• Use maintenance resources efficiently by selecting and using tools, equipment, and supplies as needed to achieve desired job results.
• Provide mechanical maintenance support by responding to questions, requests, and technical issues from operations and other teams.
• Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, trends, and equipment performance data.
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications.
• Document and communicate actions taken, irregularities, and ongoing maintenance needs to ensure continuity among work teams.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Support overall team goals by completing related tasks and projects as needed.
• Apply understanding of vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and precision alignment to assess equipment condition and improve reliability.
• Apply thorough knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and repair related equipment issues.
• Participate in the monthly 100% Safety Participation Program and consistently follow all safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance and production operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of related industrial maintenance experience, or an associate degree plus 3 years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong skills in pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing AC and DC drives.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLC software for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills for production machinery and equipment.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on production equipment, including gear reducers, conveyor systems, and precision bearings.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments such as rules, calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
• Ability to safely use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to dismantle and repair equipment.
• Understanding of vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and precision alignment techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems operation and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and teamwork.
• Project scheduling skills and the ability to organize maintenance activities effectively.
• Capability to provide small team leadership when required.
• Ability to work effectively in a self-directed workforce environment with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Consistent adherence to safety procedures and participation in safety programs.

• Experience working on a broad range of mechanical and electrical equipment in a production setting.
• Comfort with answering technical questions and providing guidance to production and maintenance colleagues.

This position operates in a production environment with a wide range of machinery, mechanical systems, and industrial controls. You will regularly work around conveyor systems, gear reducers, precision bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and AC/DC drive and PLC-controlled equipment, including Allen Bradley platforms. The role involves hands-on work using hoists, cranes, hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine shop equipment. You will be expected to follow established safety procedures and participate in structured safety programs while maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Work hours may include weekends and holidays as needed to support production demands and minimize equipment downtime.

This is a Permanent position based out of Corona, CA.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $81120.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
