Representante de Servicio al Cliente de Inscripción de Proveedores

Overview Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar de forma remota a tiempo completo. Responsabilidades El Representante de Servicio al Cliente de Inscripción de Proveedores es responsable de realizar Inscripciones de Proveedores, Visitas en el Sitio, cumplimiento de la instalación de proveedores con los requisitos de instalaciones de Medicaid de CMS y proporcionar asistencia y orientación. Asistir a los Proveedores de AHCCCS durante el proceso de inscripción/solicitud respondiendo preguntas, entrevistando y recopilando información. Al interactuar con entidades internas y externas, el Representante de Servicio al Cliente de Inscripción de Proveedores será responsable del procesamiento de textos, aplicaciones de hojas de cálculo y bases de datos, y sistemas informáticos de atención médica propietarios como APEP. Calificaciones Las habilidades requeridas para este rol incluyen trabajar en un entorno de equipo, funcionar eficazmente en situaciones estresantes, trabajar con el público en condiciones menos que ideales, manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y proporcionar orientación sobre la inscripción en Medicaid.
