Your Opportunity, Your Team Our Customer Service Specialists support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands and help answer inbound customer calls. Working from home, our Specialists not only assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations but also promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume. Where You’ll Work This role is remote; job seekers must reside in Indiana or an approved CBI state to be considered. You will work from home. What You’ll Do $16.50 per hour plus shift differential where applicable; additional $0.50 increase after 6 months. Full Time, 40 hour work schedule that includes a weekly weekend shift requirement. Busy day handling our high volume of inbound customer inquiries. Actively participate in our required upselling program by consistently identifying customer needs and making compelling offers recommending relevant products during every interaction. Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller. Calls include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data. Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor. What You’ll Bring Provide a distraction free work from home environment. 12+ months of service experience. Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day. Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders. Navigate multiple systems and screens. Follow our computer system requirements, including provide your own Microsoft PC. Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed). This is a remote position.
