Executive Chef | Off-Premise Catering Operations Charlotte, NC Confidential Search We're partnering with a growing hospitality company seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee a large-scale off-premise catering operation serving corporate clients, social events, weddings, private functions, and specialty catered experiences throughout the Charlotte market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef who excels in logistics, production planning, and leading high-performing culinary teams. Success in this role requires someone who understands the unique challenges of preparing, packaging, transporting, and executing exceptional food beyond the four walls of a restaurant.
