TikTok Content & Social Commerce Manager - US Company

The TikTok Content & Social Commerce Manager will lead the development and execution of TikTok content and creator strategies to accelerate brand awareness, audience engagement, and TikTok Shop sales growth in the U.S. market. The role serves as the key liaison between China HQ and the U.S. team, ensuring localized execution while maintaining alignment with global business objectives. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, Retail, and external creator partners, this position will drive content-commerce integration and build a scalable creator ecosystem that supports long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute TikTok content strategies that align with brand positioning and commercial objectives. Partner with internal marketing teams and external creators to produce engaging, high-performing short-form videos and livestream content. Build and maintain an editorial calendar to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key business priorities. Develop and execute store-integrated TikTok content strategies that connect online engagement with offline retail performance. Coordinate creator and KOL in-store content production, livestream events, and collaborative content with retail associates to increase local brand visibility and drive social commerce sales. Recruit and manage part-time on-site livestream hosts and content creators to support ongoing content production and live shopping initiatives. Partner closely with Retail Operations and Marketing teams to execute localized campaigns that translate TikTok engagement into measurable retail sales. Analyze content performance and optimize creative strategies based on audience insights, platform trends, and sales performance. 2. Creator & KOL Management Identify, recruit, and manage creators, influencers, affiliates, and agencies to support TikTok Shop growth. Develop long-term partnerships with creators to expand brand reach and drive authentic consumer engagement. Manage creator briefings, campaign execution, performance tracking, and ROI evaluation. Stay informed on emerging creator trends and recommend partnership opportunities. Act as the primary liaison between HQ and the U.S. market for TikTok-related initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional communication among HQ, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Retail, and Operations teams. Provide localized market insights, consumer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support global strategy. Ensure efficient execution of global campaigns within the U.S. market. 4. Social Commerce Growth Drive TikTok Shop revenue through content-commerce initiatives, affiliate programs, creator campaigns, and livestream activations. Monitor GMV, traffic, conversion, creator performance, and content effectiveness. Recommend growth initiatives based on sales performance and market insights. Support product launches and promotional campaigns to maximize commercial performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in TikTok, social media, content marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce. Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, creator campaigns, livestreams, or influencer marketing in the U.S. market. Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content strategy, and the creator ecosystem. Experience driving content-led sales growth and social commerce performance. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams.
