You will own the day to day publishing and community presence of MrBeast on our vertical platforms, while also contributing to the planning, programming, and optimization of how the brand shows up. You will bring a strong point of view on tone, timing, creative direction, and platform specific behavior, ensuring MrBeast remains the most engaging presence on the internet. *** This role is preferred in Greenville, NC, but we are open to considering remote applicants in the US who can travel frequently *** WHAT YOU’LL DO Pitch, create, and publish content across primary MrBeast social channels with the creative conviction to bring ideas directly to Jimmy. Maintain brand voice and presence across flagship social accounts, staying aligned with how content performs across emerging and established platforms. Support the development and execution of a unified social publishing strategy aligned with audience expansion, channel health, and business objectives. Translate overall brand and video strategy into platform-native creative concepts, optimized posting cadences, and high-performing social formats. Identify creative and strategic opportunities to support broader goals, including organic reach, brand partnerships, and monetization initiatives. Collaborate with Social Analytics and Growth teams to align organic publishing strategies with performance data and paid campaigns. Monitor audience sentiment, cultural trends, and social conversations to inform real-time content pivots and long-term channel improvements. Support major content drops and launches by driving reach, momentum, and platform interaction at scale. Contribute to content planning workflows, including publishing calendars, upload cadences, and real-time coverage during live events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Production, Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships—to align messaging and release timing. Act as a real-time keen editorial eye during production, major uploads, announcements, and live moments, ensuring fast, accurate, and culturally relevant publishing. Help establish and maintain brand publishing standards to ensure a positive, high-energy, and brand-safe social environment. Participate in post-launch analytics and performance reviews to refine creative approaches and improve channel performance over time. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Deep, platform-native understanding of short-form video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram), audience behavior, content algorithms, and viral trends. Proven experience managing and scaling high-profile social accounts for a major brand, creator, or media company. Strong creative instincts with the passion and conviction to pitch ideas and sell them in the room. Hands-on publishing experience, including writing sharp copy, editing short-form video assets, framing media, and executing flawless uploads. Clear understanding of how social content contributes to broader business outcomes, including audience growth, brand partnerships, and revenue. Exceptional communication skills with sharp instincts for tone, humor, timing, and cultural relevance. Ability to operate in real time, making fast, high-quality decisions in high-visibility environments. Experience working with social analytics and performance metrics to inform creative choices and optimize reach. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows, publishing schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, marketing, communications, and production teams. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership over asset delivery and overall channel growth. Adaptable, coachable, and ego‑free — priorities move fast here, and the best idea wins. Comfort working non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, to support major content drops and live moments. The target total compensation ranges from $106,750 – $128,750, including a fixed annual salary of $80,000 – $100,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
