Duties Conduct written discovery and manage depositions Draft pleadings and substantive motions Participate in mediations and court appearances Assist at trials and arbitrations Requirements 2-5 years of business litigation experience Superior academic credentials Excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ohio licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
