An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced veterinary leader to join a well-established emergency and specialty hospital in Los Angeles as Medical Director. This position combines clinical excellence with strategic leadership, giving you the chance to mentor a talented team, influence hospital growth, and help deliver exceptional patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide clinical leadership and promote exceptional standards of patient care.

• Mentor, coach, and support a team of emergency and specialty veterinarians.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and learning-focused hospital culture.

• Support recruitment, engagement, and retention of clinical talent.

• Build and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians through education and collaboration.

• Partner with hospital leadership to support strategic growth and operational success.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced veterinarian with a strong clinical background.

• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

• Passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Collaborative, approachable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive compensation package of $220,000–$260,000 .

• Annual leadership stipend of up to $50,000 .
