As a school psychologist, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations for eligibility and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students, focusing on social, emotional, and behavioral well-being
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote a nurturing school environment
• Interpret assessment results and offer actionable recommendations
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure effective student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Desired Qualifications:

• Holds a valid South Carolina School Psychologist license
• Previous experience providing psychological services in a school, preferably at the high school level
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment, intervention strategies, and special education law
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated professionalism and a passion for empowering adolescents
