What We’re Seeking:

• Valid multi-categorical special education certification
• Experience working with primary-aged students in a self-contained setting
• Background supporting students with developmental delays and/or autism
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to create and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Flexibility, compassion, and commitment to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
• Foster a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with other educators, support staff, and families
• Collect data, track progress, and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Promote social-emotional and behavioral skills alongside academic learning
