Aldridge Pite is dedicated to providing best-in-class representation across all of its Practice Areas through its unwavering subscription to three fundamental tenets: Partnership, Integrity, and Innovation.PurposePreparation and processing of Proof of Claim and 410A Proof of Claim Attachment.Specific Duties, Activities and ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Proof of Claim (410 Form) and Proof of Claim 410A Attachment.Packaging of all essential Loan Documents.Filing of documents with the Bankruptcy Court.Following up with client for necessary loan documents, account information, and figures.Updating client system with status of Proof of Claim.Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneysMaintain good client relations and be detail orientedAssist with other duties and special projects as needed.Meet all client and court deadlines and requirements.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma requiredBankruptcy, Mortgage Servicing or Accounting experience preferred but not requiredMust have the ability to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel and Debtors AttorneysMust have ability to interpret client systems.Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the InternetMust be organized and multi-task orientedMust have excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenGeneral Competency FactorsDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
