Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our strong core of experienced attorneys and staff provides hands-on training and mentoring for new associates. Duties Meet with and advise clients about their bankruptcy options. Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests. Represent clients in court and 341 Meetings. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in client meetings. Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards. Qualifications Eligible for admission to the Northern District of Georgia. Strong analytical skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
