Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.13 / Hour Job Schedule Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy concerns, suspicious behavior, or operational issues according to post orders and client guidelines. Support day‑to‑day security‑related operations by maintaining visible presence, assisting with routine inquiries, and communicating clearly with personnel during shifts, emergencies, and changing site conditions. Minimum Requirements A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
