o Day Shift - 1 charge nurse; 1 co-charge nurse; RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 ratio

o Night Shift - 1 charge nurse; 1 co-charge nurse; RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 ratio

• Type of equipment - Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation
• 2+ nursing experience in L&D

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Internal monitor placement competency
• Previous HCA assignment/employments
• Experience in Level IV unit (high volume unit)

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• SVD/ cerclages/C-Sections/TOLAC
