Field Manager

Field Manager (FTR Supervisor) University Behavioral Associates (UBA) at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York is seeking a master’s degree level (MS required) or doctoral level clinician preferred. Licensed or Limited Permit Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor preferred, to serve as a Supervisor for the Family Treatment & Rehabilitation (FTR) program funded by the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). More information on this treatment model can be found at: Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations for new families and oversee referrals to mental health and substance abuse programs. Meet with families as needed, conduct individual supervision and provide direct clinical training for case planners. Review case planner documentation to ensure it is consistent with ACS requirements. Participate in training, supervision, and consultation activities, requiring evening and/or weekend availability and periodic on‑call 24‑hour coverage. Qualifications Master’s degree level (MS required) or doctoral level clinician preferred. Licensed or Limited Permit Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor preferred. Demonstrated experience working with families, interfacing with child welfare services, evaluating mental health and/or substance use concerns, and providing comprehensive assessments. Excellent managerial skills and strong organizational ability. Spanish‑speaking is a plus. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $72,000.00–$90,000.00.
