Key Responsibilities
- Serveas the primary onsite coordinator for lighting systeminstallations.
- Communicateand collaborate with installers, subcontractors, and internal projectteams.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects remain on schedule andwithin scope.
- Participatein meetings with clients, contractors, and other trades.
- Maintainstrong working relationships with forepersons, installers, and projectstakeholders.
- Trackproject progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to the projectteam.
- Supportproject startup, scheduling coordination, and overall project execution.
- Superviseonsite activities including fixture preparation, hanging, and focus .
- Assistwith client training sessions and technical documentation .
- Maintainproject documentation including daily reports and progress updates.
- Deliverexcellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strongattention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Abilityto read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation .
- Experienceworking with contractors and subcontractors on installation projects.
- Experiencewith stage or studio lighting systems required.
- Experiencewith project management, production management, or construction-relatedroles preferred.
- Familiaritywith the entertainment, theatrical, or construction industries .
- Productionexperience with theatrical lighting and/or rigging systems .
- Experiencewith CAD or Vectorworks is a plus.
- Abilityto travel locally and regionally to project sites.
- Validdriver's license.
