Join our clinic as an Outpatient Clinician and apply your clinical skills and creativity within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team while enjoying a work setting that supports an ideal work/life balance. Develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, catering to your preferences. Provide evidence‑based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ("CBT"), to a varied clientele. Collaborate and contribute actively within a multi‑disciplinary team environment to enhance client care. Commit to ongoing professional development through monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities. Requirements Independent licensure required Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training Organization and time management Computer proficiency and the ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full‑time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range

$40 - $50 USD
