School Based / Outpatient Clinician

About the Role Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer part time and full time outpatient and school‑based opportunities for licensed clinicians or master’s level clinicians working toward licensure in Norwell, MA. School‑based clinicians work in elementary, middle, and high schools delivering mental health services to children with needs including trauma, anxiety, and depression. They work closely with school personnel, outside treatment providers, and families to provide a quality continuum of care. Paid 8‑week ramp‑up period available for new full‑time and part‑time hires to ensure a successful transition as you build your caseload.
