Outpatient Clinician As an Outpatient Clinician, you will apply your clinical skills and creativity within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team while enjoying a work setting that supports an ideal work/life balance. You will develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, catering to your preferences. You will provide evidence‑based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a varied clientele. You will collaborate and contribute actively within a multi‑disciplinary team environment to enhance client care. You will commit to ongoing professional development through monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities. Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training Strong organization and time‑management skills Computer proficiency and the ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record Compensation Salary ranges for a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position are based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications.
