What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in a structured schedule including 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care in a community-focused health system
• Work in a modern, newly renovated hospital environment

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license in Georgia
• Certification in BLS and NRP (or willing to obtain)
• Prior NICU experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly qualified candidates
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
