What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births.
• Deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed nursery support by Neonatal Nurse Practitioners daily.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, NNPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform daily rounds in the NICU and newborn units, managing critically ill and premature infants.
• Oversee admissions, stabilization, and ongoing treatment plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and evidence-based practices in neonatal care.
• Participate in a home-call coverage schedule supporting a healthy work-life balance.

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
• Residency within the immediate local area preferred (relocation may be required)
