This position is based in Overland Park, Kansas, but operates in a fully remote setting. The Hospice Center remains our primary facility for community engagement and client intake. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Create and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring they have access to linked services and essential resources.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to understand client needs thoroughly.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluation and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention efforts whenever required, providing timely support to clients in distress.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health practice and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
