About the Role

We’re seeking an EA/Coordinator to help power this model and support our mission of building world‑class, competitive organizations. In this role, you’ll operate as a strategic partner to Spence Hoffman (Founder) and our talent partners. You’ll provide executive‑level support that enables the team to move quickly, stay organized, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will typically work around 40 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on seasonal demands.

• Schedule meetings and interviews
• Draft messages to execs, partners, and candidates
• Drive special projects
• Build and optimize internal systems/documents/trainings

Bonus Points

• 3+ years of experience as an EA or Recruiting Coordinator at scale for tier 1 tech companies or hyper‑growth startups
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• You are available to work between 9:00am-6:00pm PT
• We are targeting $50 - 65 hr as a non‑exempt, hourly worker. We provide sick leave and are setting up a 401k plan for everyone.
