About the Role We’re seeking an EA/Coordinator to help power this model and support our mission of building world‑class, competitive organizations. In this role, you’ll operate as a strategic partner to Spence Hoffman (Founder) and our talent partners. You’ll provide executive‑level support that enables the team to move quickly, stay organized, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will typically work around 40 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on seasonal demands.
