We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end candidate on-site experience, ensuring interviews are organized, high-touch, and logistically seamless.Schedule and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across our global team and multiple time zones, including high-priority and executive-level searches.Manage candidate travel and visit logistics — transportation, lodging, office access, meals, and day-of coordination.Plan and execute recruiting events, candidate engagement activities, and other in-person recruiting experiences.Partner across Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to resolve operational issues and continuously improve the candidate experience.Own data accuracy and system hygiene across Greenhouse and GoodTime, proactively spotting and fixing inconsistencies before they become problems.Lead process improvement initiatives across recruiting operations, identifying inefficiencies and driving fixes end-to-end rather than just flagging them.Create travel/event documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes, keeping them current and scalable as the team grows.What We're Looking For2–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership beyond day-to-day scheduling.Experience managing candidate travel, on-site logistics, or recruiting events strongly preferred.Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting/scheduling platforms.Excellent judgment and composure when troubleshooting escalations, ambiguous situations, or last-minute changes.Track record of identifying process gaps and driving improvements independently, not just executing existing workflows.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort representing the company to candidates, vendors, and cross-functional partners.A collaborative and service-minded attitude.At Atoms, you'll work on one of the defining challenges of our time—bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.The base salary range for this role is $87,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
