Senior RecruiterOur client, a YC S25 company building Financial Services Super Intelligence in partnership with frontier AI labs, is looking for a Senior Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to build and own their expert sourcing engine — finding and activating top finance professionals (investment banking, private equity, hedge funds) into their expert network. As the first recruiter on the team, you'll directly drive company growth and revenue through this work.Job Responsibilities:Own the full expert pipeline end-to-end: outbound sourcing, inbound campaigns, referral programs, qualification, and conversion through activationRun multi-channel growth campaigns at scale — LinkedIn outreach, alumni networks, MBA programs, campus recruiting, cold outreach — and A/B test to find what worksBuild and manage sourcing systems and tooling (automation, campaign sending, JD testing) independently with minimal directionTrack and own funnel metrics, conversion rates, and retention data to continuously optimize sourcing performancePartner with Strategic Project Leads to translate upcoming customer work into proactive sourcing plans by domain and seniorityExperience:2–5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, growth, or lead generation — with direct experience sourcing finance professionals (IB, PE, hedge funds)Experience managing multiple sourcing channels simultaneously and running campaigns at scale (not just 1:1 recruiting)Scrappy, self-directed builder who can spin up new channels, tools, and processes without being told what to doData fluency — comfortable owning funnel metrics, pulling your own numbers, and making data-driven decisionsAbility to independently source and use campaign sending and LinkedIn automation vendorsAbility to work fully in-person on-site in San Francisco, CA (5 days/week; open to relocation)Experience at finance-based, finance-adjacent, or banking-style startupsMarketing and copywriting skills (creating content, designing top-of-funnel recruiting copy)
