The RoleFinch is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams as we scale. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting directly to the co-founder and COO, working closely with founders and hiring managers and executives across Engineering, Product, Sales, and more. We want all full-time employees to be invested in Finch and to be able to take advantage of that investment, so our equity grants include a 10-year exercise window.
