Key Eligibility Criteria Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active Georgia bar membership or eligibility for in‑house counsel registration 2–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and organizational skills Responsibilities & Scope of Work Draft, review and negotiate commercial, technology, vendor and service agreements Assist with corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general corporate legal matters Support mergers, acquisitions and other strategic business transactions Conduct legal research and provide guidance on contractual and business‑related issues Assist with employment, privacy, intellectual property and risk management matters Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel and paralegal Help develop and maintain legal processes, policies and contract management procedures Provide practical, business‑focused legal recommendations Stipend & Compensation Base salary: $185,000–$225,000 per annum Bonus: 15–20% of base salary (performance‑based) #J-18808-Ljbffr The LawStaff Group
