-Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments and consultations

-Deliver confident, customer-focused sales presentations

-Educate homeowners on protecting and improving their homes

-Work alongside our field marketing team while training into sales

Compensation & Perks

$75,000 - $150,000+ first-year earning potential

Base pay of $400/week plus commissions *average of $1400 total per week

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Active auto insurance
• Has reliable transportation for field work
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to travel within Houston and surrounding areas for field work
• Available to work weekends every other weekend
• Professional appearance/presence

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role engaging directly with homeowners or consumers
• Compensation expectations align with average first-year earnings of $85,000–$150,000+ (uncapped commission)
