Multifamily Business Development Manager Lead - Allied Air

What Drives SuccessWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Identify opportunities for business expansion, and develop and manage relationships in strategic markets and accounts that further business development activity.Target and facilitate contact with major prospective customers, in new or existing accounts.Target, manage and develop sales opportunities.Provide leadership to sales organization in developing strategic opportunities and business relationships.Help develop and execute selling strategies.Ensure smooth transitions of account management to appropriate account management parties after account relationships are properly established.What We Are Looking ForWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORThis position requires:A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5-8 years related experience.Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.Strong understanding of the HVAC and Multifamily industries, including emerging trends and regulations.Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales processes.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Effective written and verbal communication.Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $124K and $163K annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
