Location: Acton, Massachusetts
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, and function
- Implement therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

- Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Neuromuscular re-education
- Patient education and home exercise program design
- Documentation and compliance
