FMCG Production Manager Process & Ops Leader

Job details Salary 53.95 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment Term or contract Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) Responsibilities Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning Evaluate daily operations Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages Plan and organize daily operations Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines Direct quality control inspections Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques Organize and maintain inventory Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget Supervision 5-10 people Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Knowledge of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Computer and technology knowledge Word processing software Accounting software Spreadsheet Internet MS Windows MS Excel Type of industry experience Food Area of specialization Process improvement Specialization/experience (business sales and services) Distribution Security and safety Criminal record check Transportation/travel information Valid driver's licence Vehicle supplied by employer Willing to travel Travel expenses paid by employer Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Physically demanding Other benefits Free parking available Other benefits Who can apply for this job?
