Why join us 401(k) with Company Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA Options Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Program Referral Bonus Program Employee Discount Programs Proven Business Growth & Long‑Term Career Stability Collaborative Manufacturing Environment Focused on Communication, Community, and Wellness Job Details Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per year Relocation Bonus | Fast Paced Growing Company Key Responsibilities and Duties Lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives for plant utility systems including boilers, HVAC, compressed air, glycol, chilled water, wastewater, RO, and nitrogen systems Manage facility infrastructure upgrades while ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, and regulatory standards Plan and coordinate plant shutdown activities during major holidays and scheduled maintenance windows Lead capital projects from scope development through execution and closeout ranging from $5K–$50M Partner cross‑functionally with maintenance, operations, engineering, EHS, and external contractors on infrastructure and expansion initiatives Maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and long‑range capital planning documentation Drive strategic infrastructure improvements that support plant growth, sustainability, and operational readiness Support long‑term reliability initiatives rather than day‑to‑day maintenance operations support Qualifications Needed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience) Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience Experience leading capital and infrastructure projects in industrial manufacturing environments Strong background in utility systems including boilers, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC, wastewater, and RO systems Experience managing engineering compliance, safety standards, and infrastructure reliability initiatives Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects from concept through execution and completion Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Experience in food & beverage manufacturing or other FDA‑regulated manufacturing environments preferred CMMS / EAM system experience preferred (Infor / Hexagon EAM highly preferred) PE License or PMP Certification is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
