Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Rockford, Illinois. This position involves providing emergency care in a busy hospital setting, with a focus on pediatric patients. The role requires working a 12-hour shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., including a holiday rotation. Candidates must meet all certification and licensure requirements and have at least two years of experience in a large hospital environment.

Job Details:

• Location: 1401 E State Street, Rockford, IL 61104, United States
• Schedule: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois licensure, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification, minimum 2 years of experience in a large busy hospital, pediatric experience required, location outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility, working every other weekend, holiday rotation required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patients, familiarity with emergency nursing protocols.
• Additional Information: Holiday rotation is required. Permanent address must be outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility.
