ER Clinical Nurse Coordinator

TriStar Health seeks an ER Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead high-quality, patient-first care in our busy emergency department. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily ED operations, support triage and rapid assessment, and ensure safe, evidence-based treatment across patient populations. You will function as a clinical resource, mentor and precept staff, assist with staffing and patient flow, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The coordinator champions safety, quality metrics, documentation standards, and continuous improvement while modeling compassionate, culturally competent care aligned with TriStar’s values.
