BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our organization by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner Participate in project planning and management to ensure successful implementation of initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families #J-18808-Ljbffr Vigorcare Pediatric Services
