Document Services Specialist

Supporting the student enrollment process, the full-time remote Document Services Specialist will review and process student documents, manage paper and electronic document intake, and ensure compliance with service level agreements while providing excellent service to students and staff. Key responsibilities Processes daily workload to meet and exceed departmental service level agreements Reviews and processes incoming student documents and updates their statuses accordingly Communicates with students and other institutions regarding document verification and transcript requests Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred Experience with administrative records and strong attention to detail required Previous customer service experience strongly preferred Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access Experience with digital imaging systems preferred
